Cooking (5 – 12 years)

The main aim of these sessions is to introduce the kids about the concept of healthy eating by using Traffic light eating principle and Eat well plate concept. To emphasize the concept of variety & balanced diet, kids will learn to prepare dishes using wide variety of foods. Sessions involve use of Power point presentation, Activity worksheets & fun games. Kids will be involved in practical cooking of Muffins, Pizzas, Smoothies, Salads, Cookies, Breads, sushi and much more… all cooked in a healthy way.
