When words are too difficult to discuss Art can be used an alternative way to process feelings. It has been proven to reduce mood disorders, improve depression and enhance self confidence, bringing positive feelings and energy.
Expressive Art is about casting aside the structures, expectations and rules imposed on us everyday, to truly harness pure self expression. The focus is on the process rather than the final piece.
In this course we will experience creative expression and the tapping of the imagination, you will examine your feelings, emotions, and thought process and apply all this to your canvas with your own colors.
