Hassan Ahmed

He started learning Photography since 1993 when He was living in Italy, worked as a computer developer, the IT Department Manager for a Television broadcasting network (ART) holding 25 TV Channels Online, photography trainer for the National Institute of Architecture and at the Institute of photography in Il’aquila.

 

His work has received much critical acclaim and He has been the recipient of many awards including the Royal Photographic Society’s Terence Donovan Award for an outstanding contribution to photography, the Roma Photo Awards’ Best Advertising Image and the Best Italian Black & White Photographer at the British Picture Editors’ Awards. His portfolio was one of the five finalists in the American Society of Magazine Editors’ 2010 Top 100 portfolios In The National Magazine Awards.
