Abstract art is an ideal way to express matters of spirit (thoughts, emotions and concepts) that can't be easily verbalized. It transcends the boundaries of language.
Abstract art is an art that does not attempt to represent an accurate depiction of visual reality but instead uses shapes, colors, forms and gestural marks to achieve its effect.
No previous artistic experience is required.
Materials needed
The supplies that you will need to bring are:
- Canvas rectangular 30x45 cm (in case you don't find that, get a size close to the required one)
- Acrylic paints. Make sure you have golden and silver colors. (Your tubes should contain enough paints for
your canvas)
- Brushes FLAT # 20 or bigger, ROUND # 12 (if you have other numbers of flat and round brushes bring
them as well)
- Palette
- Sketchbook for painting
- Mixing pot
